Wow.
I just read the most fantastic comment on [info]lost_tv. Someone wrote, "I think of Michael Bluth as Jack Shepherd with a sense of humor." I hella see it! According to that same post, Foxy is in Smokin' Aces... "He plays a rather nerdy head of hotel security where the assasination takes place." Geez! It's really too bad I don't have any interest in seeing that movie because every day I find out somebody else I love is in it!

Dum de dum...

OH, HELL YES. I just read the official episode description for the second upcoming episode of LOST. Oh shit. The description itself isn't anything special or too spoilery, but the guest stars excite me. Click at your own risk!

To all my non-LOST friends... I sincerely apologize. If you were actively reading my journal at the end of September/beginning of October, you can probably guess what's going to be coming these next couple weeks. Since watching television is my most favorite hobby and LOST is the most consistently *rawsome* (raw + awesome) of my favorite shows, this is what must be expected. I know you probably scroll through all my entries wondering when I'll ever shut up... And the sad truth is that I probably never will. It's my own personal LOST strain of verbal diarrhea, and there just may not be a cure. Even after the show has ended, I will might never let this go. It's just that good and that addictive. You are all very amazing people. Thank you for still being my friends.

So today didn't really suck, which is cool.

Whoa. Mandy just put a song on her MySpace profile and made me listen to it. And I sort of love it. Have any of you heard of MIKA? Hmmm... People he sorta reminds me of sometimes: Robbie Williams, Freddie Mercury, Scissor Sisters, a little bit of Beatles... It's weird and good. I love new musical discoveries! Weeee! Thanks Manderzzz. OOH HE WAS BORN IN LEBANON!!!!!!! COOL! I might become obsessed with him.

Okay I am sorry for rambling all day. This entry had no meat. Goodbye.

...

EDIT EDIT EDIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, so MIKA sings that song from all the MTV commercials that gets stuck in my head all day. But guess what, it's much better when you hear the part that actually has words. AND IT'S EVEN BETTER WHEN CHRIS KATTAN IS DANCING TO IT IN RED BRIEFS!

CROWD CONTROL! I'm about to get started.
If anybody wants a 300 MB Quicktime file of Matthew Fox on SNL, I put it up on sendspace for [info]thereisnosp00n and you're all welcome to download it too. Link!

Is anybody else REALLY excited for Justin Timberlake to host next week? Eeee!

Two things I'm praying for:

1) Barry Gibb Talk Show! PLEASEPLEASEPLEASEPLEASE!
2) Deep House Dish -- I must see more T-Shane, and I know JT would be fantastic.

And speaking of SNL, I hear the Dudes were partly responsible for the Apocolypto re-cut last night. Hahahaha! "I smell bagels." And Fred Armisen helped write the Digital Short, WHICH I WISH I HAD RECORDED BECAUSE OF FOXY. And that strange LOST reference that made no sense. Lolz.

P.S. When I saw the picture in my icon yesterday, I laughed for about a zillion years. Why did they pose for a picture together? Why is Shane West making that face? What is Harold Perrineau in the middle of saying? HAHAHAHAHAHA. Kbye.

PURGATORY!
So, uh, SNL last night was like... incredible. Foxy was even more amazing than I thought he would be! And so much Andy too! I already re-watched it once. And then I found all of the Foxy clips on Matthew-Fox.net and downloaded them. And got myself a cool new wallpaper. I never thought my two favorite worlds would merge into one like this. Yesss. Josh Holloway next, please. And then Evangeline Lilly.

I am done with teching. Thank Gob. (That's my new thing I'm gonna say. I just started it.)

I have to do my History of Costumes project and a big ol' paper for Gallucci's class by Thursday. And I just remembered that I'm going to Death Cab on Wednesday. Oh shoot. I told myself that I'd have to start working really hard as of tonight, but I just spent like an hour deleting stupid files that were hella clogging up my desktop. I hate having too many icons on my desktop. I like to see my Macintosh HD, my external hard drive, and my iDisk. THAT IS ALL. I want to be able to enjoy the pretty picture on the background.

Tomorrow I will go to my two classes, come home and regroup, and then head back to school for hardcore researching/meeting with Michael Morgan. I have to sort out my library crap too; they seem to think I didn't return a book on time, but I am positive that they are mistaken. Leah says that sometimes if you return a bunch of books at once, they might accidentally skip over one or something. So before I can check out any more books, I have to prove to them that it has been returned and is sitting on a shelf. I hope it works out, because I don't know what I will do if I can't check out books this week. Shit.

I'm confused about this optional Latin quiz thing... I think it's because she said we get to drop our worst quiz grade, and so if we've done really well so far there's no reason to take the last quiz. I'm pretty sure I've done okay on quizzes so far, but I should take this one just in case. Haven't started studying yet, so that's awesome. Great.

I really need to develop better study habits.

Yay for Leah sleeping over last night. We talked for so long! I feel like we were up until like 4 or something. I think we were. I love love love sleepy bedtime talking. I love that awkward moment when the lights have been out for a while and you both get so tired that the conversation just stops and for a second you wonder if you should say something else but then you decide sleeping is a better option and then you're out. Hahaha! Leah is one of my most favorite favorites in the whole world and I am every day so thankful that we're hanging out so much right now. Hooray!

Starr and Brittny found us a cool new huge trash can, and we've been painting it so that it looks pretty. It is fantastic. It has everything from a duck, to the Numbers, to a volcano, to a pink star, to some of our quotes, and even a nice blue Tobias handprint (plus several blue smudges). Val painted the most beautiful LOST Island ever, complete with a black smoke column. We're still not done with it, but it is already beautiful. I love these people.

Our Christmas decorations are brilliant, by the way. I'm not sure if I've mentioned them yet. Mitzi brought us a tree, which is decorated with lights, a paper chain, ornaments, and candy canes. Catherine brought lots of adorable things like tablecloths and a huge stocking her grandma sewed for us. There's a wonderful garland wrapped around the banister and all kinds of other goodies. We still need to get mistletoe and I'm gonna make more snowflakes so we can hang them from the ceiling, just as we've done for the past two years. Weee! And thank you so much, Brittny, for cleaning everything up today. You are amazing and wonderful and I love you. I love you all.

It's time to really get to work now. Enough stalling. Bah.

Things & Stuff
1. I did something really stupid on MySpace tonight. I hate myself and can clearly see why others feel the same way.

2. Starr is incredible. I loved her play and I loved Brandler (British + Chandler + Brandon = Brandler). Damn, it was good.

3. Matthew Fox's wife (Margherita Ronchi) looks quite like Meredith from The Office in this picture.

And it has been confirmed that she is NOT CUTE after searching for more pictures:

Sad times, Foxy. Sad times.

4. I am a little obsessed with Leah right now. Hooray for friendship.

5. I am stressed about my EAP application. But I need sleep, so I will put the stress on hold until tomorrow. There's not much I can do tonight anyway. Tomorrow I will email two professors who barely know me to see if they will write recommendations. :/ I will also make an appointment with Angelica to fill out my Academic Planning Form. And I will begin the long, long process of filling out the online application + applications for my top two schools (Glasgow and Kent)... And I will begin to write my 2-3 page Statement of Purpose. I'll also hopefully be getting an email from my EAP advisor saying "Oh, don't worry. You have just as good a chance of getting in if you turn in your application in a month! That's what rolling deadlines are for!" I really need to get into this program.

6. Mitzi is NOT single. Mitzi is singlenot? Mitzi is single... ... ... ... ... NAAAAHHHHHHHT! Congrats, Boo.

7. Tomorrow we have to sing Chinese arias in Dongshin's class. It promises to be quite a morning.

I see you, Wayne. And it makes me: gaaaaahhh!!!
