NO NO NO NO!!!
NBC, WHY!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!

NBC HAS DECIDED NOT TO RENEW ITS CONTRACT WITH ITUNES.

NO MORE NBC SHOWS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO DOWNLOAD STARTING IN DECEMBER.

THIS MEANS BYE BYE THE OFFICE, BYE BYE 30 ROCK, AND BYE BYE SNL.

THIS MEANS HELLO HOMESICKNESS APPROXIMATELY 2000 TIMES SOONER!

I know this sounds trivial, but this is seriously bad news for me. I am relying on all my favorite shows to help me get through the weirdness of no longer living in the place I've lived for 21 years. If I weren't so tired/happy about a MySpace message I got this morning, I'd probably be crying right now.

AAAHHHHH YAYYY!!!
I AM SO HAPPY! Anybody who has watched TV with me during the past couple weeks probably knows that there is a commercial that has been driving me crazy -- you know the American Express one with all the celebrities, and then the random guy in a backpack that comes on and talks about a lake? That guy was SO familiar to me, but there is no IMDb for commercials and I have not been able to figure out who he is. Well I am in the middle of a hardcore 30 Rock marathon and I FOUND HIM! I can't believe I forgot about this episode! It's the guy who plays Josh's agent who abbreviates everything like negotiation -> negosh and penetration -> penetrash and awesome -> awes. HAHAHAHAHAHA YAAAYYY! I screamed and cheered for a long time, causing Frankie to start howling from downstairs. Seriously though, what a relief. Those things nag at me forever.

Hello new shoes, bye bye blues.
NBC Thursday night TV spoilers )

In other news, today was a good day I guess. I got some stuff from the University of Glasgow in the mail, which was delightful. I got to talk to some cool people for a while. I don't think I failed my first Latin quiz of the quarter. I got my eyebrows threaded. I watched LOST again. I got to see Leah. I got Easter goodies from both Starr and my pretty mother. And I'm still going to Scotland next year... :D So yeah, it was good.

I need to do some reading now.

SO OBSESSIVE. JEEEZ.
The Office was beautiful and amazing, as always.
Scrubs was fun, but not as good as I thought it would be. The crazy lady REALLY bugged me.
30 Rock was so brilliant it convinced me to use my iTunes gift cards on a Season Pass. Eeee!

I didn't finish my EAP application tonight. Deep down, I knew I wouldn't. But since I am a procrastinator, I have to give myself fake due dates so that I am not rushing at the very very end. It's sad, I know. But I'm seriously almost done. My goal is to finish tomorrow and I mean it this time. I'm feeling positive.

Sooo the coolest thing ever happened tonight. Catherine added Mario from BatG on MySpace and when he added her back, he commented on a picture of all of us saying (and I quote) "cute housemates."

...

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!

This is how obsessed we are: All that were in the room (the housemates minus Val) stood up, screamed, pulled hair, screamed, jumped on things, and screamed for about 5 minutes straight. I picked up the life-sized cardboard cutout of Derek Zoolander and started carrying him around on my head in a state of delirium. It was CRAZY. AAAHHHH! I loooooove Mario! I added him too and sent him a message and he replied, but he didn't say much. I was hoping he'd say something about my Fish Biscuit default picture since it says on his profile that he watches LOST. Ooh well! At least he replied!

Reality TV stars are the best stars to be obsessed with because they are actually [sort of] accessible. I rode in an elevator with Michael from Big Brother 6 once. And I met Ethan Zohn of Survivor fame. Not that I am/was obsessed with either one of them (especially Michael 'cause he nasty), but still. It's just an example of how those are the kinds of famous people you're most likely to run into. So you should like them! They are also most likely to have self-maintained MySpace pages... I'm hellsa friends with three people from Average Joe 4. Why am I bragging? Sadddddd...

Anyway, Mario kicks ass and it was an amazing moment. We were united under one roof as an official set of "cute housemates." HAHAHAHAHA!

The only time I've ever been more excited in this way was when the Lonely Island gentlemen selected my email question and my one and only boyfriend Mr. Andy Samberg said my name in a podcast. Surreal. Yum.

You all think I am sad and have no life, but I don't care. I still manage to live a healthy and social life, so all is well. For now. Talk to me in twenty years when I'm 40 and alone and jobless and still doing this. For now I'm young and free.

Wha'evah! Wha'evah! I do what I want!

:D :D :D

I am a stabbing robot. I will stab you.
LIVEJOURNAL IS A MAGICAL LAND! Oooo so pretty!

Hello. I am in a good mood. The reasons:

1) 30 Rock was sooooo effing good tonight! One of my favorite episodes. Brilliant acting by Tracy Morgan. A not-so-exciting appearance by Chris Parnell, but even Dr. Spaceman can't bring down a fantastic half hour of wonderful television.

2) I just noticed that Jason put his own version of "Winter Wonderland" on MySpace, and it is very precious and amazing. And now it's on my page, duh. Eeeee! Only 5 more days until all my Mrazzy dreams come true.

3) SPEAKING OF COUNTDOWNS, ONLY TWO MORE MONTHS UNTIL LOST. It's December 7th! I did a "Two More Months Dance" for Val and Mitzi this morning, but they were not amused. But that's okay because we still had plenty of laughs down in the old kitch-kitch this morn'. Anyhoo, exactly two sevenths of the month from today, I'll be ditching next quarter's Wednesday night Shakespeare class and dying of exhilaration and joy. PREDICTIONS: I will yell "WAAAAAALT" approximately 243 times. I will make the best strawberry-flavored Fish Biscuits this side of the Mississippi. I will not let anybody tell me what I can't do. I will listen to a short playlist comprised of "Make Your Own Kind of Music" and "Downtown" on repeat until my eardrums burst. The Others will come and steal my baby. I will kill a man just so I can get crunk with Sawyer. Heck, make it 20 men. And the most likely of all, being around several other people just as creepily excited as me will only make it worse; the fangirliness will soar to unprecedented extremes.

4) Chicken Flavor Top Ramen is rocking my world this week. I've had it once a day every day since Monday. And this shall continue until the end of time. Yum yum yum.

5) Tomorrow we're going to see The Holiday. I am more than excited. But it would be much more exciting if the only theatre in Santa Barbara showing The Pick of Destiny had decided to keep playing it JUST ONE MORE DAY! The original plan was to do a Jables double feature, but now that's shot to hell. And I never saw it even though I am already obsessed with it and I am a horrible fan. BOOOOO.

6) I turned in my research project, so I don't have to stress about it anymore. Unfortunately, it was rather incomplete, but it looked damn good. I spent too much time organizing and not enough time researching, but it's sooo pretty! I'd rather have a pretty, but incomplete project than a horribly disorganized and fugly complete one. But most of all, I'd like to have a pretty A+++ quality project. I am a failure. But, as I said, I'm in a good mood. And that's because there's nothing I can do now and I won't find out my grade until Tuesday so I can live in blissful ignorance until then. And in the Classics realm, Gallucci is my lover because he said we can turn in our papers on Monday. Praise Zeus and all his 170+ lovers. Amen.

So now, instead of pulling another "almost-all-nighter-if-it-weren't-for-the-early-morning-catnap" writing my classics paper, I'm just going to snuggle into bed and read a little of the best book of all time (forgive me if I exaggerate, it's part of my horrible addiction), Finding LOST: The Unofficial Guide. It's hecksa good. Don't judge me! If you are a LOST fan, I know you're jealous. And if you're not a fan, you dumb. :)

I joke.

But seriously, people.

Okay sorry.

Goodnight friends and lovers!

Leave Kool-Aid outta this please...
Come on, Tracy! You're better than this. :(

Alls I can say is: at least he's not on LOST or else Tracy Jordan would be dead by the end of the season.

Don't ask me! It's your hatch!
Am I the only one who hadn't seen this yet?!?!? Also, apparently Rachel's former character is now being played by Jane Krakowski, and Rachel will be playing a variety of random characters on the show. The commercial thing looks hella good though! I love Tracy Morgan so much.

Also, thank you to [info]thereisnosp00n who shared this bloopers clip from the LOST season 2 DVD, which made my day. I can't wait to own that thing in a few weeks.

Last night we had Laura & Mandy night. We saw Accepted (it was okay), then got yogurt, then came home for a while, then went to Target and helped Adam pick out sunglasses. It was fun.

I have to go to work now. Only five more work days left counting today.
